Every shipment is dispatched by trusted secured carriers (Brink's · Malca-Amit · Ferrari Group · DHL Express · FedEx Priority depending on destination) with full carrier insurance at declared value, door to door.

Carriers

We use trusted secured carriers matched to consignment value: DHL Express and FedEx Priority with signature-on-delivery for everyday shipments, and Brink's Global Services, Malca-Amit, or Ferrari Group precious-cargo specialists for high-value consignments. Every shipment is fully insured by the carrier at declared value.

Every shipment is fully insured by our shipping carrier at the declared sale value, door to door, with no additional charge to the client. A certificate of insurance is supplied with each consignment. Higher coverage (specialist underwriting) is available on request for high-value consignments.

Customs duties & import taxes

Import duties, VAT, GST, and any other destination-country taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We prepare full commercial documentation — invoice, certificate of origin, Kimberley Process certificate (where applicable), and laboratory reports — to assist your customs broker. On request, we can also coordinate with your broker directly.

Signature & identity verification

All consignments require photo-ID and signature on receipt by the named recipient. Alternate authorised recipients can be designated in advance through your concierge. Shipments are never left at door, with neighbours, or in mailbox facilities.
