Every stone and finished jewel sold by OPIKJEWELS carries a lifetime warranty covering authenticity, manufacturing defects, and aftercare.

What is covered

• Authenticity — repurchase guarantee at original price if any laboratory misrepresentation is proven.
• Manufacturing defects — settings, prongs, and clasps repaired at no charge for the life of the jewel.
• Annual maintenance — complimentary cleaning, polishing, and prong inspection once per year, in perpetuity.
• Resizing — first resizing within 12 months of purchase is complimentary.

What is not covered

• Loss or theft (covered by your insurance policy, not by us)
• Damage caused by misuse, impact, or chemical exposure
• Wear from normal use of softer stones (opal, emerald, tanzanite)
• Repairs performed by third-party jewelers
